Nut Bars

Ingredients

  • 300g whole raw cashews
  • 300g whole raw almonds
  • 300g chopped raw walnuts
  • 300g raw pumpkin seeds
  • 300g Organic Coconut Sugar
  • 2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F
  • Mix all nuts in a large bowl.
  • Pour the organic coconut sugar, sea salt, and cinnamon in a large pot. Bring to a simmer and stir to dissolve the sugar. Quickly mix the nuts into the syrup, until they are completely coated. Pour the nut mixture out onto the baking sheet and press the mixture firmly.
  • Bake the nut bars for approximately 20 minutes at 180°C/350°F until the tops are golden. Then allow the nut bars to cool for at least 45 minutes before cutting into bars.
